Abstract This paper sketches the principle and purpose of EDT,and analyzes the relationship between electronical
parameters as well as the influence of each parameter (On-Time, Discharging current, Gap Voltage, etc) on the quality of
texturing surface (Ra,Pc,Rsk) in texturing program, besides, we build the preliminary maths model between main
parameters and Ra.So,besides picking up process parameters from technics data-base,we acquire a new method to obtain
and optimize texturing parameters,in order to predict and control surface of texturing roll, improve the efficiency and
stability of EDT process,and achieve optimal surface quality of cold-rolling plate.

1 電火花毛化的原理
1
電火花毛化(Electro-Discharge Texturing,簡稱EDT)是依靠脈沖放電所產(chǎn)生的電腐蝕來完成軋輥表面加工
的。毛化過程中,電極和軋輥毛化部分浸入絕緣液中。對電極施加直流脈沖電壓,由伺服系統(tǒng)控制電極與軋
輥間放電間隙,當(dāng)間隙達到0.01~0.2mm時,絕緣液被擊穿,然后在低壓打毛脈沖下形成放電通道。軋輥表
面金屬和電極熔化或氣化,并進入產(chǎn)生的蒸氣泡中。在放電結(jié)束時,氣泡破裂,熔化的金屬被拋出,使軋輥
表面形成放電凹坑。電火花的形成發(fā)生在很短的時間內(nèi),毛化時,其發(fā)生頻率在4~400kHz范圍內(nèi)。在軋
輥旋轉(zhuǎn)及軸向移動的共同作用下,最終產(chǎn)生一個由均勻尺寸和形狀的重疊環(huán)形凹坑組成的軋輥表面...
