摘要
溫度測(cè)量技術(shù)應(yīng)用十分廣泛,而且在現(xiàn)代設(shè)備故障檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域中也是一項(xiàng)非常重要的技術(shù)。但在某些應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中,要求測(cè)量溫度用的傳感器不能與被測(cè)物體相接觸,這就需要一種非接觸的測(cè)溫方式來滿足上述測(cè)溫需求。本論文描述的正是應(yīng)上述實(shí)際需求而設(shè)計(jì)的紅外溫度檢測(cè)計(jì)。
紅外溫度檢測(cè)計(jì)是以黑體輻射定律作為理論基礎(chǔ),是光學(xué)理論和微電子學(xué)綜合發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。與傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)溫方式相比,紅外測(cè)溫儀具有響應(yīng)時(shí)間短、非接觸、不干擾被測(cè)溫場(chǎng)、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、操作方便等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
本文介紹了紅外溫度檢測(cè)計(jì)測(cè)溫的基本原理和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,提出了以ATxmega128A1單片機(jī)為其核心控制部件的紅外測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,給出了硬件原理圖和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)流程圖,并對(duì)最后成品的相關(guān)性能指標(biāo)做了描述和分析。

Abstract:The temperature measurement technique is widely used nowadays, and it is a very important technique in the domain of modern fault detection as well. But among some application fields, the sensor used to measure the temperature is expected contactless with the object to be tested, thus, a non-contacted thermometry is needed to meet the requirements. And the infrared temperature detector described in this paper is definitely designed to meet the conditions above.
The principle of infrared temperature detector is based on the Blackbody radiation theorem, which is a product of the development of optics theory and microelectronics. Compared with the traditional thermometry, the infrared temperature detector possesses lots of advantages. Short response time, non-contacted, noninterference to the object to be tested, long service life and easy operation.
This paper introduced the basic theory and methods used to detect temperature with infrared temperature detector, come up with a system centering on ATxmega128A1 single chip. At the same time, we introduced the elements of the whole system, the hardware structure and software flow chart. Finally we state the function parameters and give a brief analysis of it.
