Square billet continuous casting production line
The complete square billet continuous casting production line will adopt 1 set 8 ton AOD refining furnace ，two set R6.5M continuous casting machine with two strands , 1 set of air separation unit and 1 set long belt pulse bag-type dust dedusting unit as well as the related auxiliary devices for refining the ultra-low carbon & ultra-low sulfur high quality square alloy square billets according to the requirements of the users.
按照用戶的要求，一條完整的方坯連鑄生產(chǎn)線包括1座8噸氬氧脫碳精煉爐，兩機(jī)兩流 R6.5m弧形方坯連鑄機(jī)，一套空分設(shè)備和一套脈沖長(zhǎng)布袋除塵設(shè)備以及相關(guān)配套設(shè)施以達(dá)到精煉超低碳，超低硫優(yōu)質(zhì)合金方坯。
