摘 要
機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝是一個(gè)大概念，其涉及面很廣，學(xué)科跨度大等特點(diǎn)。它的好壞直接關(guān)系到機(jī)電建設(shè)工程的投入產(chǎn)出及工程質(zhì)量。對(duì)于一臺(tái)機(jī)電設(shè)備能否順利投產(chǎn)，能否充分發(fā)揮它的性能，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備的使用壽命和提高生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，在很大程度上決定于機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝的質(zhì)量。其施工活動(dòng)從設(shè)備采購(gòu)開始、涉及到安裝、調(diào)試、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行、竣工驗(yàn)收各個(gè)階段、直至滿足使用功能或正常生產(chǎn)為止。機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝施工過(guò)程中，涉及施工過(guò)程采用新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備等新興技術(shù)。
文章就目前機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝工程展開探討。提出應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝工程中存在的問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生原因特點(diǎn)以及安裝程序進(jìn)行論述。
Electrical equipment installation is a great concept, its range is very wide, discipline span etc. Characteristics. It will have a direct relationship to the mechanical and electrical engineering construction project quality of input-output and. For a mechanical and electrical equipment can be successfully put into production, and could fully play its performance and extend the service life of equipment and improve production quality of the product, decided in the very great degree in electrical equipment installation quality. Its construction activities from equipment procurement start and involves installation, commissioning, operation, completion acceptance stages, until meet use function or normal production so far. Electrical equipment installation construction process, involving the construction process of adopting new technology, new techniques, new materials and new equipment and other emerging technologies.
