摘要：變速器是汽車除發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)外的主要裝置之一。近年來(lái)，隨著車輛技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和道路上車輛密度加大，對(duì)變速器的性能要求也越來(lái)越高。眾多的汽車工程師在改進(jìn)汽車變速器性能的研究中傾注了大量的心血，使變速器技術(shù)得到了飛速的發(fā)展。自動(dòng)變速技術(shù)是汽車傳動(dòng)技術(shù)發(fā)展過(guò)程中一項(xiàng)十分重要的發(fā)明。它能夠使汽車起步平穩(wěn)、換檔平順、操作方便，簡(jiǎn)化了手動(dòng)換檔操作，使駕駛更加輕松自如�，F(xiàn)代自動(dòng)變速器主要采用液力變矩器與行星齒輪變速箱相結(jié)合的液力機(jī)械自動(dòng)變速器（AT）。行星齒輪變速箱體積小、操縱容易、變速比大，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變速和動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)，加大變速器的變矩范圍，同時(shí)獲得空檔和倒檔，故被廣泛地應(yīng)用于AT上。本文旨在基于Matlab的方法對(duì)自動(dòng)變速器的行星齒輪變速部分進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，從而達(dá)到式變速器尺寸減小，結(jié)構(gòu)更緊湊的目的。
