  • 隨著人民生活水平的日趨提高,新技術和先進設備的應用,將會有越來越多的超高建筑物出現(xiàn). 這些建筑物中快速、高效、平穩(wěn)的垂直服務是不可缺少的, 電梯作為垂直交通工具, 對其數(shù)量的配置、控制方式及有關參數(shù)的選定將不僅直接影響建筑物的一次投資(一般電梯投資約占建筑物總投資的10%左右),而且還將影響建筑物的使用安全和經營服務質量. 在建筑物內,恰當?shù)剡x用電梯的類型、容量、運行速度、控制方式非常重要, 而建筑物內的電梯一經選定和安裝使用就幾乎成了永久的事實,以后若想增加或改型非常困難,甚至是不可能的了.
    本論文設計電梯所選型號為TKJ900/1.0-JX(其中TK-乘客電梯、J-交流、900-載重量為900kg、1.0-電梯速度為1m/s、JX-集選控制),著重討論電梯的結構和發(fā)展方向,對電梯的結構作了詳盡的設計,包括對重與補償裝置、曳引驅動、制動器、鋼絲繩及其端接裝置等,并對電梯的關鍵部位做了詳細的強度計算和計算機繪圖.[3]

    The design of TKJ 900/1.0-JX elevator
    Abstract
    With people's living standard raising gradually,and the application of new technique as well as advanced equipments,The city will have more and more extremely high building to appear.Efficiently, steadyiy perpendicular service is indispensable in these buildings. The elevator is perpendicular pileup, as to it's selection of allocation, control way and relevant parameter of amount not only influence directly the investment of the buildings(the general elevator invests to share building to always invest around of 10% is or so) ,but also influence the buildings of usage safety and management service quality.In the buildings,it is important that the selection of the capacity to the elevator ,the circulate speeds and control ways.If the elevator in the building as soon as made selection or installed almostiy,it is very difficult and even impossible to increase or remodeling the parts of elevator.
