我國是煤礦石采集大國,能夠快速有效的將開采的煤礦石運(yùn)輸出來,這對(duì)開采效率將是至關(guān)重要的。SGB型刮板輸送機(jī)是用無端循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)的刮板鏈條作為牽引構(gòu)件,在多節(jié)可拆的敞開料槽內(nèi)連續(xù)輸送散粒物料的輸送機(jī)械。它可輸送各種粉末狀、小顆粒狀和塊狀的流動(dòng)性較好的散粒物料,如礦石、煤炭、焦炭、砂子、石膏、水泥、鹽巖、谷物等,廣泛用于煤礦、鹽礦、石膏礦等礦山井下場(chǎng)合,它不僅大大提高了開采效率,降低了開采成本,更節(jié)省了大量的人力物力,是煤礦井下采煤工作面和順槽唯一不可替代的輸送設(shè)備[1]。
本課題是對(duì)SGB型刮板輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)。本論文首先說明了研究此課題的意義,介紹了SGB型刮板輸送機(jī)的工作原理、現(xiàn)狀、未來發(fā)展方向;然后對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)總體布局方案,進(jìn)而再對(duì)主要零部件選型;待確認(rèn)方案后,就其主要部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核,其中包括電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器的選擇和安裝,機(jī)頭、中間部分、機(jī)尾、刮板鏈和附屬裝置等主要零部件的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算;最后整理,分析,校對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的參數(shù),看看是否滿足生產(chǎn)要求,并總結(jié)本課題的特點(diǎn)和不足。

Abstract
China is power to mine the coal stone, and could be transport the mine stone quickly and effectively, it is important to the mining efficiency. The scraper conveyer is the conveying machinery that it is used as the traction component by endless cycle of movement in a plurality of removable scraper chain,and continuous to granular materials in the multisection opening trough of detachabled. It is the only transport equipment and can’t be replaced of coal working face and slot,and can transport all kinds of the materials of powder, granularand the small granular bulk of good fluidity such as ore, coal, coke, cement, sand, gypsum, rock salt, grain, etc.,and is widely used in coal mine,salt mine,Gypsum mine and other mine occasions, it can not only improve the mining efficiency, reduce the production cost, but also save more manpower.
This topic is the design of the SGB scraper conveyor. This paper firstly explained the significance of this topic research, and introduces theprinciple of operation, the present and the trends of future developing of SGB type scraper conveyor; and then ascertain the design of the overall program, and then to lectotype for structure of other main components; to design calculation and check of the main components after the program is determined,including the choice of motor and reducer, and calculation and design of the chain-drive section, the middle part,the tail the scraper chain and the appendage; finally, collation, analysis, parameter proofreading of design, whether to meet the requirements of production,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of this topic.
