- 榨汁機內(nèi)支架塑料模具設(shè)計行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的一項重要行業(yè)。近年來,模具一直朝著高質(zhì)量、高效率、低成本、短周期的方向發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計中,模具設(shè)計者們是利用二維CAD軟件來進行初步設(shè)計的。然而,現(xiàn)在,三維模具設(shè)計已經(jīng)被廣泛使用,它使設(shè)計過程接近標準化,使初步設(shè)計得以迅速實現(xiàn)。在本設(shè)計中,將對榨汁機內(nèi)支架的模具通過Pro/ENGINEER軟件進行三維設(shè)計,并對設(shè)計過程進行講解。 在本設(shè)計中,首先對塑件結(jié)構(gòu)、材料特性、用途以及參數(shù)進行分析,確定模具采用一模兩腔,并使用點澆口填充型腔的總體布局形式。在模具設(shè)計過程中,對側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu),分型面的設(shè)計,澆注系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、脫模機構(gòu),進行了詳細的介紹。最后通過對注塑機參數(shù)校核和生產(chǎn)驗證,證明模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理性。 通過本次模具設(shè)計,可以看出,三維模具設(shè)計可以縮短設(shè)計周期,提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量,大大的增加工作效率。 關(guān)鍵字:榨汁機內(nèi)支架;注塑模具;一模兩腔;側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu)
ABSTRACT The die and mould industry is an important industry of the national economy. In recent years, mould is developing towards high quality, high efficient, low cost and short- period. In traditional mould design , mould designers was using 2D CAD Software & Tools to proceed the preliminary design . However, 3D mould design already has been used extensively nowadays, which makes mould design approach to standardization and makes preliminary design quickly realize. In this article, it presents 3D mould design for juice-extractor part by Pro/E, and explains its design process in detail. In this design, at first , it have analyzed the plastic part structure , material properties , use , and parameters , ascertained the mould layout form of One to Two cavities , and adopted the general distribution form of pin-point gate filling with cavity. In this mould design process, it has introduced in detail for side Core-Pulling mechanism , the design of parting surface, gating system and venting system, cooling system, ejection mechanism. Finally, through checking and production proofing for molding machine parameters , the mould structure is proved to be reasonability . Through this mould design, it may find out that 3D mould design can shorten design cycle, raise design quality and largely increase the working efficiency.
