  • 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)_汽車后橋機(jī)構(gòu)的研究設(shè)計(jì):根據(jù)車橋能否傳遞驅(qū)動(dòng)力,汽車車橋分為驅(qū)動(dòng)橋和從動(dòng)橋。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的結(jié)構(gòu)型式按齊總體布置來(lái)說(shuō)共有三種,即普通的非斷開(kāi)式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,帶有擺動(dòng)半軸的非斷開(kāi)式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋和斷開(kāi)式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象是小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。

    本設(shè)計(jì)完成了小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋中主減速器、差速器、驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪的傳動(dòng)裝置及橋殼等部件的設(shè)計(jì)。本文根據(jù)小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的要求,通過(guò)選型,確定了主減速器傳動(dòng)副類型,差速器類型,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋半軸支承類型。通過(guò)計(jì)算計(jì)算,確定了主減速比,主、從動(dòng)錐齒輪、差速器、半軸以及橋殼的主要參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。其中的一部分計(jì)算采用自編的計(jì)算機(jī)程序完成,有效的減少了計(jì)算時(shí)間,提高了效率。其中的一部分計(jì)算采用自編的計(jì)算機(jī)程序完成,有效的減少了計(jì)算時(shí)間,提高了效率。
    最后利用CAD軟件繪制零部件裝配圖和裝配總圖并通過(guò)主要零部件的校核計(jì)算和對(duì)主要零部件二維繪圖,確定所設(shè)計(jì)的能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
