According to the belt conveyor drive principle, the paper uses point by point method to have a design, and with the given facts, magnize the model chose drive installment、roller roll belt pulling hydraulic. The drive installment adopts the advanced hydraulic soft drive system and hydraulic pull automatic system.Belt conveyor is the most ideal efficient coal for transport equipment, and other transport equipment, not only has compared long-distance large-capacity, continuous conveying wait for an advantage, and reliable operation, easy to realize automation, centralized control, especially for high yield and high efficiency mine, belt conveyor has become coal high-efficient exploitation mechatronics technology and equipment the key equipment.

前言
礦井開采是整個國家乃至世界的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ),而其產(chǎn)品運輸又是最重要的工序之一,它的成本直接關(guān)系到工業(yè)各部門。所以,世界各國都在不斷的改革礦井運輸問題。大型礦井采用的運輸方式有自卸汽車運輸、鐵路運輸和膠帶運送及運輸?shù)。其中,膠帶運送機(jī)運輸可謂是目前最先進(jìn)的礦井開采新工藝。本次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容即膠帶輸送機(jī)。
膠帶輸送機(jī)是現(xiàn)代散狀物料連續(xù)運輸?shù)闹饕O(shè)備。越來越多的工程技術(shù)人員對膠帶機(jī)的設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了大量的研究。我們將以經(jīng)濟(jì)、可靠、維護(hù)方便為出發(fā)點,對膠帶機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算,并根據(jù)計算數(shù)據(jù)對驅(qū)動裝置、托輥、滾筒、輸送帶、拉進(jìn)裝置以及其他輔助裝置進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格選型。
由于帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點決定了其具有優(yōu)良性能,主要表現(xiàn)在:運輸能力大,且工作阻力小,耗電量低,約為刮板輸送機(jī)的1/3到1/5;由于物料同輸送機(jī)一起移動,同刮板輸送機(jī)比較,物料破碎率;帶式輸送機(jī)的單機(jī)運距可以很長,與刮板輸送機(jī)比較,在同樣運輸能力及運距條件下,其所需設(shè)備臺數(shù)少,轉(zhuǎn)載環(huán)節(jié)少,節(jié)省設(shè)備和人員,并且維護(hù)比較簡單。由于輸送帶成本高且易損壞,故與其它設(shè)備比較,初期投資高。
輸送機(jī)年工作時間一般取4500-5500小時。當(dāng)二班工作和輸送剝離物,且輸送環(huán)節(jié)較多,宜取下限;當(dāng)三班工作和輸送環(huán)節(jié)少的礦石輸送,并有儲倉時,取上限為宜。
