在全面了解臥式鏜床的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、控制方法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)T6112臥式鏜床傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及其執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。根據(jù)臥式鏜床的工作原理,即電動(dòng)機(jī)作為工作機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力源,結(jié)合機(jī)床的四個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng),即主軸的上移和下移,工作臺(tái)的橫向和縱向移動(dòng),進(jìn)而完成對(duì)工件的全面加工。確定了臥式鏜床的結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)參數(shù),給出了臥式鏜床的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
根據(jù)臥式鏜床的設(shè)計(jì)方案,文中詳細(xì)敘述了T6112鏜床執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì):電動(dòng)機(jī)規(guī)格的選取、主軸設(shè)計(jì)、主軸變速機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、床身與工作臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。

ABSTRACT
On the basis of the structure, principle, control method of the horizontal boring machine,the transmission system and implementing mechanism of T6112 horizontal boring machine are designed. According to the principle of the horizontal boring machine, in which the motor is the power source, combining with the four directional movements of the machine, that is the up and down movements of main shaft, the horizontal and vertical movement of work table, then complete the processing of the work piece. The structure and technical parameters of the horizontal boring machine are given and the overall structure is designed. According to the horizontal boring machine design, this paper describes the design of implementing mechanism and the transmission system, including the selection of motor specification, the design of spindle gearshift, bed and work table.
