超臨界鍋爐啟動汽水分離器應(yīng)力分析及數(shù)值模擬

摘 要: 對超臨界鍋爐汽水分離器變工況下的應(yīng)力場進(jìn)行了分析計算, 探討了在高溫高壓條件下
蠕變變形與應(yīng)力間的關(guān)系, 以及存在彈性變形、 塑性變形和蠕變變形時應(yīng)力的計算, 并使用
ANASYS 對某超臨界鍋爐汽水分離器進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明: 在結(jié)構(gòu)不連續(xù)處, 即汽水分離器
入口附近, 局部應(yīng)力最大;在機(jī)組啟動初始階段,此處的應(yīng)力幅很大; 而在穩(wěn)定運行時,此處的應(yīng)力
絕對值很大,但震蕩幅度很小。

Starting Water Separator

Abstract: The s tres s field in a supercri tical boi ler s water separator, under varying operating condi t ions, is calculated
and analyzed. The relationship between creep and stress at high temperature is discussed toge ther with s tres s calculations
under the condi t ion of coe xis t ing elas t ic s train, plas tic strain and creep. The water separator of a certain supercri t ical
boiler has been numerically simulated with ANASYS. Results indicate tha t local stress is larges t at places, where the
structure ge ts discont inuous, i. e. in the vicini ty of the separator s inlet. The s tress ampl itude gets very large during the
f i rst stage of starting, whi le during steady operation, i t is the absolute value of s tres s that gets very large, with but very
smal l vaci llations.

超臨界電站鍋爐中汽水分離器長期工作在高
溫、 高壓的惡劣環(huán)境下,承受壓力和溫度的持續(xù)作用
和周期性交變作用, 會產(chǎn)生疲勞、 蠕變及其它們之間
的交互作用。由于難于更換, 其壽命也就影響了鍋
爐的整體壽命。因此, 通過從 DCS 系統(tǒng)獲得的溫
度、 壓力、 負(fù)荷等簡單參數(shù), 分析汽水分離器的應(yīng)力
情況,并通過數(shù)值模擬變工況下的應(yīng)...
